My fiancé’s family during morning masala chai time
Over the week that we visited them for Diwali, my fiancé’s parents laid out a couple different biscuit/digestive options to pair with our masala chai.
This was my favorite biscuit of the bunch. The raisins give the oaty digestive a little more natural sweetness: it’s sweet enough to eat on its own, while also pairing well with chai. The oats give a nice flavor to the biscuit base, as well.
